JobProof

JobProof is a job photo proof app for trade crews. On site, the tech snaps a photo and JobProof records the note, the time and who did it. Photos land in before, during and after buckets, and the office gets a clean record of every job without digging through text threads.

Instead of forwarding a camera roll, the shop shares a proof link the customer can open: a public gallery showing the work with times and the tech's name. Any job can be exported as a PDF proof pack. Per-job deposits and balances are collected from the customer gallery, separately from the monthly plan.

There are two plans, both billed monthly through Stripe checkout. Solo is $49/mo for one truck: one office login, up to three field seats, unlimited job photos, the customer gallery, deposit and balance collection, and PDF proof packs.
