WTAgent is a free, open-source (MIT) command-line coding agent. It drives a dedicated browser profile where you sign in to the AI chat website you already use - ChatGPT Web (including Pro), Claude Web, DeepSeek, Gemini, Grok, Kimi or Zhipu GLM - and turns it into a terminal coding assistant. In agentic loops it reads your local project, edits files, runs shell commands and tests, and verifies results itself. No model API key, MCP, tunnel or browser plugin is required. Install with npm i -g wtagent on macOS, Linux or Windows (WSL2).
